Enda Kenny asks for decisive action at EU summit

The Taoiseach has told the EU's 27 member states that Ireland's making progress, but we'd be better able to move forward, if our debt were more sustainable.

Enda Kenny has said he will seek a reduction in the cost of Ireland's bail out - in exchange for any concession on treaty changes.
