Serbia and Kosovo 'to resume talks'

Serbia's main negotiator in talks with Kosovo said EU-mediated dialogue will resume next week after a deadlock over border tensions.

Borislav Stefanovic says the talks will be held on Monday. They are part of EU efforts to ease the tensions between Serbia and its former province which declared independence in 2008.
