Human rights group accuses Syria over civilian deaths

Syrian forces have tortured and killed civilians in the rebellious province of Homs in an assault that indicates crimes against humanity, an international human rights group said today.

The Human Rights Watch called for the Arab League to suspend Syria’s membership.
