A French court has found News Corporation guilty of invasion of privacy for publishing a story claiming former racing boss Max Mosley participated in a Nazi-themed orgy.

A French court has found News Corporation guilty of invasion of privacy for publishing a story claiming former racing boss Max Mosley participated in a Nazi-themed orgy.

It ordered the company to pay more than €32,000 in penalties and court costs.
