A series of blasts targeting the house of a leader of anti-al Qaida fighters has killed four people north of Baghdad, Iraqi police said.

Police officials said four bombs were planted near the house of Yassin Essa Dawoud, a local leader in the government-backed Awakening Councils, in the town of Taji, about 12 miles north of the capital.
