Bridge collapses in India killing 32

A bridge packed with festival crowds has collapsed in northeast India killing at least 32 people.

Scores of people fell into a fast-flowing river about 20 miles from Darjeeling.

Some local media reports said the bridge had been weakened by an earthquake last month.
