Dale Farm Travellers to appeal eviction tomorrow

In the UK, representatives of the Dale Farm residents in Essex say they hope to lodge a fresh appeal against their eviction tomorrow.

A High Court judge yesterday ruled they had waited too long in challenging Basildon Council's original decision to take direct action against the illegal Travellers' site.
