McChrystal: US forces only halfway to Afghanistan goals

America's former commander in Afghanistan has said the US and NATO are only halfway to reaching their goals in the country.

Today marks the tenth anniversary since the start of the conflict.

Retired General Stanley McChrystal said that, even a decade on, coalition forces still lack the knowledge to bring it to a successful end.
