Philippines hit by second typhoon

Typhoon Nalgae has hit the northern Philippines, packing gusts of up to 195 kilometres per hour.

The storm is the second to batter the country in less then a week after Typhoon Nesat earlier wreaked havoc.

So far, 50 people have been killed and 30 others are missing, while more than 48 million people are trapped in floods.
