Lingering storm claims more lives in US

Flooding from the remnants of Tropical Storm Lee is being blamed for two deaths in Pennsylvania and numerous water rescues and road closures around a soggy north-eastern United States.

In Pennsylvania, a man in his 70s died on Wednesday afternoon when the walls of his flooded basement collapsed, and a motorist trapped in a vehicle drowned early this morning.
