43 die as Russian airliner crashes

A Russian airliner carrying an ice hockey team has crashed on take off killing 36 people.

The Emergency Situations Ministry said the Yak-42 plane crashed after leaving an airport near the city of Yaroslavl, on the Volga River north-east of Moscow.
