Protests set to greet Pope in Spain

The Pope is due to arrive in Madrid today for a four-day visit to celebrate World Youth Day, with thousands of people preparing to protest against his visit.

Organisers say they expect more than a million young pilgrims for World Youth Day, and 30,000 people from around the world are taking part in organising the visit, while 10,000 police are providing security in the Spanish capital.
