Half of us tidy hotel rooms before cleaners come in

Tidy tourists want to make sure they are seen to be clean when away on holiday.

A new survey by hotels.com has revealed that over half of us admit to tidying our hotel rooms before the cleaners come in.

Around the same number say it's "rude" to leave the place you are staying in a mess.
