Buried teen rescued

A teenage boy is recovering after he was pulled from under about 5ft of sand that collapsed on him at Newport Beach, California.

Authorities say the boy had dug about 5ft below the surface of the beach just east of the Santa Ana River when the surrounding sand caved in on him.
