Iraq suicide bomber kills 10

A suicide bomber has blown himself up outside a bank in Saddam Hussein’s home town, killing 10 people and wounding about 30.

The blast was outside the state-run Rafidain bank in Tikrit, 80 miles (130 kms) north of Baghdad.
