Mirror: Phone hacking claims 'totally unsubstantiated'

The Mirror newspaper in the UK has said it is launching a review into its editorial practices following phone hacking at its rival, the News of the World.

But Trinity Mirror said claims that any of its papers were involved in hacking are "totally unsubstantiated".
