Norway justice workers missing after attack

Norway’s justice minister said today that some employees from his department are still missing after a bomb attack on the government headquarters in Oslo and a shooting spree on a nearby island.

Anders Behring Breivik has confessed to last week’s blast in the capital and a rampage at a Labour Party retreat for young people.

In all, 76 people were killed in the twin attacks that have stunned peaceful Norway.

Justice Minister Knut Storberget said today that the ministry “has people who are missing, we have people who are very hard hit by this and we are without offices”.

He did not specify if the people were dead.

Police have said there are still people missing at both scenes. The names of victims have not yet been released.
