Norway court to determine if Breivik is 'legally insane'

The man charged with carrying out Friday mass killings in Norway is due to appear behind closed doors in court today.

A spokesman for the Oslo court said that a judge made the decision over Anders Behring Breivik, 32, on a request from police.
