Fears famine will spread outside Somalia

It is feared the area hit by famine in Somalia will soon expand.

The executive director of the World Food Programme, Josette Sheeran, made the comments after visiting a refugee camp in Kenya.

Tens of thousands of starving Somalis have fled to Dadaab in recent weeks.
