UAE fighter pilot dies in crash

The United Arab Emirates military has said a fighter plane has crashed during a training mission over the Gulf nation, killing the pilot.

The General Command of the UAE armed forces said in a statement to state news agency WAM today that the plane crashed on a routine training mission yesterday.
