Cameron 'extremely sorry' about Coulson controversy

British Prime Minister David Cameron said today he was “extremely sorry” about the furore caused by his decision to appoint Andy Coulson as his communications chief.

The former News of the World editor resigned his position at No 10 as the phone-hacking row intensified and has subsequently been arrested by police investigating the scandal.
