The leader of a mob that killed six people in Duisburg, Germany, in 2007, that shed international light on the ’ndrangheta organised crime syndicate, has been jailed for life today.

Giovanni Strangio was one of eight people convicted today in Calabria, southern Italy, for their roles in the violent mob feud that culminated with the Duisburg killings.
