Paris summons Syrian envoy

France has summoned Syria’s ambassador to complain about the burning of French flags and stone throwing at its missions.

The French foreign ministry said it was also surprised by the Syrian government protest over the visit that French and American ambassadors made to Hama, an opposition stronghold.
