Nato troop missing in Afghanistan

A Nato service member has gone missing in south Afghanistan, sparking a search operation.

The Nato command did not identify the nationality of the missing person.

Only one soldier from the Nato-led force is believed in captivity. Bowe Bergdahl, a 25-year-old US Army sergeant, was taken prisoner on June 30, 2009, in Afghanistan. He is believed to be held in Pakistan.
