Khmer Rouge chief 'will tell all'
The former head of state of Cambodia's Khmer Rouge has told a court trying him for genocide that he is keen to tell all he knows about the 1970s communist regime.
Khieu Samphan told the UN-backed tribunal trying him and three other Khmer Rouge leaders today that he did not know all the details of what Pol Pot's government did but would try his best to co-operate with the court in the capital Phnom Penh.
