Karzai: US in peace talks with Taliban

Afghan President Hamid Karzai has confirmed that the U.S. is in peace talks with the Taliban.

Afghanistan and the United States are engaged in peace talks with the Taliban, President Hamid Karzai said today, even as suicide bombers stormed a police station near the presidential palace, killing at least two police officers.
