Mladic to face war crimes tribunal

Ratko Mladic is due to appear at the UN war crimes tribunal this morning after 16 years on the run.

The former Bosnian Serb general will be asked to identify himself, answer questions about his health, and then plead to 11 counts of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity on the indictment.
