Berlusconi seeks to move trial from Milan court
Lawyers for the Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi are seeking to have his trial on sex charges moved from a Milan court to a special Ministerial tribunal.
Mr Berlusconi has denied charges that he paid for sex with a teenage prostitute and then used his powers to cover it up.
The 74-year-old did not attend the second hearing of the trial today, where his legal team argued the Milan court had no right to preside over the case.
