Downing Street helping McCanns due to 'exceptional nature' of case

In Britain, Downing Street has said it is helping with the search for missing Madeleine McCann because of the "exceptional nature" of the case.

There are claims British Prime Minister David Cameron is giving her parents preferential treatment after agreeing to revive the search.
