Amnesty International has claimed Muammar Gaddafi’s troops may have committed war crimes in the besieged rebel city of Misrata.

In a report today, the group said Libyan regime troops killed civilians in indiscriminate attacks, including with artillery, rockets, cluster bombs and sniper fire.
