New air strikes hit Gaddafi targets

Nato launched new strikes on targets held by Muammar Gaddafi as Libya’s rebel leaders called for a stronger air campaign that would allow them to advance on the dictator’s territory.

Gaddafi’s government, meanwhile, condemned proposals by rebel leaders that they be given some of the regime’s assets that have been frozen as part of international sanctions.
