Netherlands shooting leaves six dead

A gunman who opened fire at a shopping centre in the west of the Netherlands has reportedly left six people dead, including himself.

At least 16 others were wounded when he opened fire with a machine gun in the town of Alphen aan den Rijn near Amsterdam.
