Doctors announce breakthrough in treatment of breast cancer

Doctors think they may have developed a new way of tackling breast cancer before women contract the disease.

Medical experts have said trials of Tamoxifen have reduced the chances of high-risk patients developing the cancer by around a third.

But Professor Jack Cuzick from Cancer Research UK said not everyone should take preventative drugs.
