Afghan truck blast kills 20

Twenty people were killed and 50 others injured in a suicide attack on a construction in eastern Afghanistan, the Interior Ministry said today.

A statement issued by the ministry said three insurgents carried out the attack late yesterday using a truck carrying a large amount of explosives.
