Spain slows down amid oil fears

Spanish drivers are slowing down after the government cut the motorway speed limit to reduce energy use amid the oil production chaos in Libya.

The maximum limit went from 120 kph to 110 kph, and government workers spent the weekend plastering thousands of old speed limit signs with stickers stating the new limit.
