Offenders to get sex register appeal

Paedophiles and rapists in England and Wales are to be given the right to appeal against being on the countries' sex offenders' register for life, according to reports.

Criminals would be able to argue that their names and addresses should be deleted from the database because they are no longer a risk to the public.
