Eurotunnel passengers evacuated

Nearly 100 passengers were evacuated from the Channel Tunnel today following a fault with an overhead cable, Eurotunnel said.

The company said 97 people on the 1.24am service from Folkestone in Kent to Calais were stuck in their vehicles for two hours due to the fault.
