Four dead in Phillippines bus bombing

At least four people were killed and more than a dozen injured when an explosion ripped through a passenger bus in the Philippines capital, Manila, officials said today.

Mayor Junjun Binay, of suburban Makati city, said the blast was so powerful that it punched a hole in a nearby concrete fence.
