Anorexic model Caro dies at 28

A French actress and model, whose emaciated image helped turn global attention to anorexia in the fashion world, has died at the age of 28.

Isabelle Caro shot to fame when a photo of her, taken when she weighed less than 60 pounds, was used in a shock Italian ad campaign.
