Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has been officially declared re-elected for a fourth term after a vote that other contenders say was rigged.

The Central Election Commission said today Lukashenko won 79.6% of the vote, while his nearest challenger, Andrei Sannikov, got 2.4%.
