Climate change talks see partial agreement

There has been some agreement among some of the world's biggest polluters at climate change talks in Cancun in Mexico.

The United States, China, the EU, and dozens of other countries support funding projects to protect tropical forests, share low carbon technologies, and help the world's least developed nations.
