Pair in court accused of helping gunman Moat

Two men will appear in court today accused of helping gunman Raoul Moat during his seven days on the run.

Karl Ness, 26, and Qhuram Awan, 23, are due for a plea and directions hearing before a Newcastle Crown Court judge, charged with conspiracy to commit murder and possessing a firearm with intent.
