Several injured in Turkey blast

An explosion rocked Istanbul’s main square today, injuring several people.

CNN-Turk television said the explosion occurred on Taksim square, close to a spot where police are stationed.

A witness said ambulances have arrived at the scene and medics are attending the injured.
