Maldives government apologises after wedding-vows insult

The Maldives government has apologised to a European couple who were unknowingly insulted during their renewal of wedding vows.

Two men have been arrested after a YouTube video with English subtitles showed the couple being called "swine" and "infidels" during a beach-side ceremony.
