A Russian police spokesman has said at least six people were dead after insurgents stormed the parliament and agriculture ministry in Russia’s volatile Chechnya region.

Ramzan Bekkhoyev said there were at least four militants dead, one of whom blew himself up, killing two security guards at the complex in Grozny, the provincial capital.
