Medvedev to visit Poland

Russian president Dmitry Medvedev will visit Poland on December 6 in a visit described by his Polish counterpart as a step in a difficult process of reconciliation between the nations.

Tensions still run deep over Russia’s past domination of Poland, most recently during the Cold War.
