Families celebrate as miners brought to surface

Families and rescuers were celebrating today as trapped miners steadily emerged from their half-mile-deep dungeon under the Chilean desert.

Thirteen men - more than one third of the 33 trapped since early August - were pulled from the mine at a methodical pace.
