Italian prosecutors call for army help to fight mob

The Italian government is being urged to send in the army to help fight the ’ndrangheta mob in the wake of fresh threats against the state.

Prosecutors and law enforcement officials made the plea after a meeting in the southern Italian region of Reggio Calabria.
