Former US President Jimmy Carter, 85, was taken to hospital in Ohio today after becoming ill on a flight there.

Former US President Jimmy Carter, 85, was taken to hospital in Ohio today after becoming ill on a flight there.

Mr Carter’s plane was met by paramedics on landing at Cleveland’s Hopkins International Airport.
