Official: Vatican bank investigation centred on 'mistake'

A Vatican bank official, who is under investigation over allegations of money laundering, has said the inquiry centres on a mistake.

Ettore Gotti Tedeschi claims an error of procedure at the bank is being exploited to attack the Vatican.
